The International Hibla Gerzmava Opera Singers and Accompanists Competition will take place for the first time from January 11to 22, 2023 in Moscow. From June 1 to September 30, 2022 vocalists and accompanists from around the world are invited to apply for the competition. Hibla Gerzmava is one of the world’s most sought-after opera singers, appearing on the world’s most prestigious opera stages. Hibla knows from her own experience how important it is for an artist to have the right start. Enrolment and attendance are free. The organizer provides visa support for foreign participants, travel and accommodation expenses will be paid as well. Vocalists will have a remote qualifying round and three main rounds, while accompanists will have two rounds: one in which they will perform with the vocalists taking part in the Competition, and the second round in which they will present a special performance at the Competition.
